Combine the softened butter with the eggs, beat until smooth, add condensed milk, beat again.

We sift the flour into the dough, pour soda on top of the flour and extinguish it with vinegar, mix well so that there are no lumps, the dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Divide the finished dough into two parts. Add sifted cocoa to one of the parts, mix.

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, put it on the fire, as soon as it boils, remove it. When the glaze cools down, pour it on top of the cake.
