Snickers cake

Today we will cook with you Snickers Cake. This is just an amazing cake with a chocolate nut flavor that resembles the famous bar of the same name.

Snickers Cake it turns out to be very filling, appetizing and voluminous. And its big plus is that you can eat it immediately after cooking.

Snickers cake – ingredients

  • For the cake:
  • Flour – 2,5 cups.
  • Sugar – 2 cups.
  • Cocoa – 3 tablespoon
  • Eggs – 4 pieces.
  • Milk – 1 glass.
  • Oil – 1 cup.
  • Baking powder – 11 g.
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g.
  • For meringues:
  • Whites – from 4 eggs.
  • Sugar – 240 g.
  • For the cream:
  • Condensed milk – 1 can (boiled).
  • Oil – 200
  • Peanuts (roasted) – 200 g.

Cake “Snickers” – preparation

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. On parchment, draw a circle with a diameter of 26 cm and form a meringue cake in it. We send the meringue to the oven, close the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 150 degrees. You spit the meringue for about an hour. The cake should be firm, slightly browned.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar well, add oil, milk and cocoa. Mix well to a homogeneous mass. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well until smooth.

Pour the mass into a mold (26 cm) and put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes (orient yourself on your oven. Test for readiness with a wooden stick.

Remove the cake from the oven, cool it and cut it into two cakes with a long, sharp knife.

Beat condensed milk with soft butter. Crush the peanuts with a rolling pin.

Grease half of the cake with half of the cream and sprinkle thickly with half of the crushed peanuts. Put the meringue cake on the peanuts, spread it with the rest of the cream and sprinkle with nuts. Place the second cake on top and cover it with chocolate glaze and nuts.

You can immediately cut and taste.
