Snickers playground

Snickers playground – a delicious combination of chocolate and nut cake, smeared with delicate cream and boiled condensed milk. A simple recipe, but the pastry is incredibly tasty, it just melts in your mouth. Such a braid will certainly become a decoration of the festive table.

Pliatsok Snickers – ingredients

  • For the cake:
  • Eggs – 7 pieces.
  • Powdered sugar – ¾ cup.
  • Flour – 5 tbsp.
  • Cocoa – 2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • For the nut cake:
  • Squirrels – 5 pieces.
  • Powdered sugar – ¾ cup.
  • Ground walnuts – 250 g.
  • Starch – 1 tbsp.
  • Flour – 1 tbsp.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • For the cream:
  • Yolks – 5 pieces.
  • Milk – ½ cup.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Oil – 350
  • Additionally:
  • Boiled condensed milk – 1 can.
  • Chocolate chips.

Pliatsok Snickers – cooking recipe

Sponge cake

Separate the proteins from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff foam, add powdered sugar one spoon at a time, beat well each time. Add yolks one at a time, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Mix the flour with baking powder and cocoa, sift to the egg mass, gently mix with a spoon.

Cover the bottom of the mold (25×35) with parchment, spread the dough, level it. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until a “dry match”. Cut the finished biscuit into 2 layers of thin cakes.

Nut cake

Beat the egg whites to a stable foam, add powdered sugar one spoon at a time, beat well each time.

Mix the ground nuts with flour, starch and baking powder, add portions to the whipped cream, mix.

We transfer the dough into a form covered with parchment, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Cream

Beat the yolks with milk and sugar, put on the lowest heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Transfer the cream to a ceramic dish, cover with cling film so that it touches the entire surface of the cream. Set aside until completely cooled.

Beat the butter to a fluffy light cream, add the yolk cream one spoon at a time, beat until smooth.

We collect the braid

Spread ¾ of the cream on the bottom sponge cake, cover with a nut cake, grease with warmed condensed milk, cover with the top sponge cake. Lubricate the top of the cake with the rest of the cream, sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
