The most important secret in the preparation of solyanka is the variety of meat. The bigger it is, the tastier the brine will be.

Pour water over ham and chicken, boil until ready. 15 minutes before it is ready, add a bay leaf (salt it so that it is not salty). We take out the meat and cut it into pieces (straws or cubes, as you prefer). We send it back to the broth.

Cut the onion into cubes and saute in oil until soft, add chopped milk sausages and cucumbers to the onion, fry for 3-4 minutes, add tomato sauce, mix well. We send the roast to the broth.

We cut the ham and hunting sausages, send them to the pan.

Cut the olives into circles, the lemon into thin circles first, then cut the circles into quarters. We send to the broth.

Boil everything together for 5-7 minutes, add salt (take into account the fact that when the brine is infused, it will become saltier, it is better to undersalt it a little), pepper, add pickled cucumbers (you can skip this moment). Let the brine infuse for at least 30 minutes.

Serve on a plate with sour cream.
