Solyanka salad for the winter
We offer to prepare a delicious Solyanka salad for the winter. The cooking process is very simple, and the salad turns out to be very tasty. A great side dish for meat or addition to potatoes or any porridge.
From this amount of products, 8 cans with a capacity of 0,5 liters are obtained.
Solyanka salad for the winter – ingredients
- Tomatoes – 1 kg
- Pepper – 1 kg
- Cabbage – 1 kg
- Carrot – 1 kg
- Onion – 0,5 kg
- Salt – 1 tbsp.
- Vinegar – 4 tbsp.
- Oil – 1 cup
Solyanka winter salad – recipe
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, put them in one container, add salt, add oil, and mix well. Set aside for 1,5 hours.
We put it on fire, stew for about an hour. Add vinegar at the end of cooking.
Pour the hot mass into sterile jars and cover with sterilized lids. Turn over and wrap until completely cool.
