Soup with green peas for children

Tasty, tender soup with green peas in fish broth your kids will definitely like it. We will prepare a rich, aromatic and very healthy soup from frozen peas, potatoes, carrots, boiled eggs and greens.

Necessary products for cooking soup with green peas for children

  • Potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Fish fillet (any) – 200 g.
  • Onions – 1 pcs.
  • Carrot – 1 pc.
  • Green peas, frozen – 150-200 g.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Eggs (boiled) – 2 pcs.
  • Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
  • Green onions – 2 feathers.
  • Dill, parsley – 2 sprigs each.

Cooking soup with green peas for children

1. Defrost the fillet at room temperature. Cut the fish into small pieces.

2. Heat the water in a pan and put the fish.

3. Salt the broth with fish to taste and add bay leaves. Boil fish broth for 10 minutes.

4. Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut the vegetables into thin circles. If the potato is large, cut it into half rings.

5. After 10 minutes, put the vegetables in the pan.

6. Pour the green peas with water and leave them aside for a while (we do this in order to wash them). Peel the onion and cut into thin quarter rings. Finely chop dill and parsley.

7. After the vegetables, put the onion in the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes.

8. After 5 minutes, add green peas. Cook for another 5-8 minutes.

9. Cut boiled eggs into quarter rings. Finely chop the green onion.

10. After 5-8 minutes, add eggs and green onions. Turn on the soup.

11. Sprinkle the finished soup with greens.

12. Soup with green peas for children is ready. Bon appetit!
