Soup with mini meatballs is a paradise for children

Soup with mini meatballs – ingredients

  • 3 liters per pot.
  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Carrot (small) – 2 pc.
  • Onion – 2 pc.
  • Minced meat – 400 g.
  • Egg – 1 pcs.
  • Greens – 1/2 bunch.
  • Butter – 20 g.
  • Salt, pepper, bay leaf.

Soup with mini meatballs – recipe

We choose the minced meat that you like best: chicken, turkey or pork. Grind half an onion into minced meat, add 1 egg, salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Throw in water, boil for 5 minutes on low heat and remove the white foam. Add a bay leaf, peppercorns (fragrant and black) and salt.

We clean the onion and cut it into small squares, and fry it in butter until golden.

Peel the carrots, cut one into small circles, grate the second on a fine grater. Grate – add to the onion and simmer together a little more. Cut it – throw it in a pan.

Make small meatballs from the minced meat, immediately throw them into boiling water with potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes.

We wash the greens, finely chop them and add them to the soup pot. You can also use frozen.

Ready soup with mini meatballs is served in portioned bowls!
