Spicy and aromatic Satsebeli sauce

Place chopped tomatoes and bell pepper in the blender bowl (pre-seed the pepper). Add chopped carrots, garlic and chili pepper here. Also add parsley. Grind everything in a blender, add tomato paste. And again turn on the blender at maximum speed. Grind everything to a homogeneous mass.
Put the mass in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, coriander, suneli hops and ground black pepper. Pour water, mix.
Next, bring the sauce to a boil again, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. If necessary, add a little more water. At the end of cooking, pour vinegar.
Homemade “Satsebeli” sauce will turn out to be quite thick and rich. Pour hot sauce into sterilized jars and cover with lids.
