  • Minced chicken – 500 g.
  • Onion – 2 pc.
  • Adjika with bell pepper and chili pepper – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp.
  • Water – 0.5 l.
  • Salt, pepper, oil.

Put the minced meat on a pan and fry it in oil, forming small meat pellets, until a light golden color.

Next, cut the onion into cubes and add to the fried minced meat, stew for 5 minutes.

Then we dilute adjika in water, add flour and mix it well so that there are no lumps.

Pour the prepared mixture into the minced meat and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Pour the finished sauce over any side dish, for example, spaghetti or buckwheat.
