Ingredients for making spicy pumpkin salad:

  • grated pumpkin – 2 cups
  • garlic – 1 head (to taste).
  • vinegar – to taste.
  • onion – 2 pcs.
  • hot pepper – 1 pc.
  • ground coriander – 1 tsp.
  • parsley – 1 bunch.
  • oil – to taste.
  • salt, sugar – to taste.

Preparation of spicy pumpkin salad:

Peel the pumpkin and rub it on a grater for Korean carrots.

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

We clean the garlic, pass it through a press.

Fry the onion until transparent in oil, add it hot to the grated pumpkin, add garlic and ground coriander. Mix everything well, set aside for about 30 minutes.

Wash and finely chop the greens. Finely chop hot pepper. Add to the pumpkin.
