Ingredients for making spicy salad with chicken and tomatoes
- chicken fillet – 600 g.
- green Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs.
- onion – 1 pcs.
- tomatoes – 1 kg.
- green chili pepper – 2 pcs.
- green parsley – to taste.
- For the filling:
- olive oil – 10 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar – 8 tbsp.
- Tabasco sauce – to taste.
- sugar – to taste.
- a mixture of ground peppers – to taste.
- salt – to taste.
Cooking a spicy salad with chicken and tomatoes
We heat the oven to 180 ° C.
Wash and dry the chicken fillet well. Salt, pepper. Wrap the fillet in foil or a baking sleeve and bake until the fillet is ready. To brown the chicken fillet, open it and bake it in the oven for a few more minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
Wash and dry the tomatoes. We cut depending on the size – into halves, quarters, half rings.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Peppers of two types are washed, dried, cut, seeds and membranes are removed. Adjust the spiciness of the salad to your taste.
Wash and finely chop the parsley.
For the sauce: mix light balsamic vinegar with sugar, salt, and pepper. Add tabasco sauce and stir until sugar and salt dissolve in the sauce. Add olive oil and beat.
Place the vegetables in a salad bowl. Cut the chicken fillet into portions and place in a salad bowl.
