Square with pumpkin

Easy, healthy and tasty pumpkin pie. Prepares quickly. The ingredients are simple and easy. For baking, you can use the pulp that remains after squeezing the juice. We squeezed juice from pumpkin, apple and carrot. Children especially liked the dish with these ingredients. They ate it still warm. You can use any sour jam (gooseberry, currant, cherry) or just your favorite.

Ingredients for pumpkin pie:

  • yogurt – 200 g.
  • sugar – 0,5 cup
  • honey – 2 tbsp.
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • sunflower oil – 1 tbsp.
  • soda – 1 tsp, extinguish with vinegar.
  • pumpkin pulp – 1 glass
  • cocoa – 1,5 tablespoons
  • flour – 2 cups

Preparation of pumpkin pie:

Prepare a baking tray flatbread with pumpkin. We cover it with parchment paper and grease it with oil.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Beat the eggs with a mixer, add sugar.

Gradually add all the ingredients: honey, pumpkin pulp (jam), baking soda quenched with vinegar.

To get pumpkin pulp: pumpkin clean, cut into small cubes and grind with a blender. The pulp should be 200 g (1 cup). Drain the excess juice.

Pour cocoa into a separate container. Gradually add flour to cocoa, mix well. We introduce the resulting mixture into our dough for flatbread with pumpkin.

Mix everything well. Pour onto a baking sheet and shake! So that the dough lays evenly on the baking sheet.

Put in the oven and bake for up to 20 minutes, until done. We test the middle with a wooden stick so that it is baked.
