Stewed chicken liver with apples it turns out tender, piquant and very tasty. Both children and adults will enjoy the liver according to this recipe.

Stewed chicken liver with apples – ingredients

  • Chicken liver – 600 g.
  • Onion – 2 medium pieces.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves.
  • Sweet and sour apple – 2 medium pieces.
  • Bay leaf – 2 pieces.
  • Suneli hops – 1/3 tsp.
  • Salt pepper.

Stewed chicken liver with apples – recipe

We clean the onion, cut it into half rings, fry it in a pan until soft.

Wash the liver well, remove all excess and immediately add to the onion (if you like it in smaller pieces, you can cut it), stew for 3-4 minutes, add salt, pepper, suneli hops, bay leaf, stew for another 4-6 minutes.

Add an apple grated on a coarse grater, and garlic pressed through a garlic press, simmer for another 5-7 minutes. We stir.

Check readiness, remove from heat, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
