  • Cream (from 30%) – 500 ml.
  • Mascarpone – 250
  • Greek yogurt – 250 g.
  • Powdered sugar – 2/3 cup.
  • Chocolate crumbs – 100 g.
  • Gelatin – 5 tsp.
  • Water – 1/3 cup.
  • For jelly:
  • Orange juice – 300 ml.
  • Gelatin – 1 tsp with cream.

Apple mass

Peel the apples, rub them on a coarse grater. Add apples and butter to a pan and fry over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add jelly, mix well. Set aside to cool and harden slightly.

Beat soft butter with sugar. Add the yolk one by one, beat until smooth. Then add the egg, beat for a few minutes.

Mix flour with starch, sift to an oily mass. Mix well.
