Straw potatoes with meat and onions

Fragrant and very tasty potatoes in pieces with meat and onions your family and friends will definitely like it, because you have never tried such juicy and tender potatoes. In the recipe, we use mayonnaise, it adds a spicy taste to the dish, but we do not add too much of it so as not to spoil the taste.

Necessary products for cooking potato strips with meat and onions

  • Potato – 1 kg

  • Pork (shoulder) – 250 g

  • Mayonnaise – 80-100 g
  • Oil – 5 tbsp. l.
  • Salt – to taste

Cooking potato strips with meat and onions

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly and cut them into strips.

2. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

3. Wash the meat thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.

4. Salt the meat to taste.

5. Grease a baking sheet with oil and lay out the onion.

6. Put pieces of meat on the onion.

7. Put potatoes on the meat and salt it to taste.

8. Apply mayonnaise on potatoes.

9. Cover the baking sheet with foil and put it in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Cook the dish at a temperature of 180 degrees until ready (until soft).
