Strawberry sorbet

Strawberry sorbet – ingredients

  • Strawberries – 500 g.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Lemon juice – from 1 lemon.
  • Water – 2 tbsp.

Strawberry sorbet – recipe

Pour lemon juice, water and sugar into a small saucepan, heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside, leave to cool.

Strawberries, washed, separated from the stem, beaten with a blender into a puree. Add the cooled syrup. Mix well, transfer to a small container. After 2 hours, take out the container with the sorbet and beat it well with an immersion blender. Beat the sorbet 1-2 more times with an hourly interval.

Strawberry sorbet will be ready about 6 hours after freezing.
