Strawberry tiramisu recipe

  • low-fat cheese – 250 g.
  • mascarpone – 200 g.
  • natural yogurt – 300 ml.
  • strawberries (fresh or frozen) – 500 g.
  • sponge cake – 12 pieces.
  • cream – 200 ml.
  • white chocolate – 200 g.
  • vanilla sugar – 1 pack.
  • sugar – 50 g.

  1. To begin with, we will prepare a berry sauce. To do this, sprinkle 300 g of strawberries with vanilla sugar and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes over medium heat. Let it ripen.
  2. Mix low-fat cheese with mascarpone, add natural yogurt, sugar and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. We put half of the resulting cheese cream in a rectangular glass form.
  4. Spread a layer of sponge cake (12 pieces) on top of the cream.
  5. Cover the roast with the remaining cream cheese.
  6. Pour strawberry sauce over everything.
