Stuffed eggs (3 types) in 5 minutes – ingredients

  • Boiled eggs – 9 pieces.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 90 g.
  • Green onion (small).
  • Ham – 50 g.
  • Horseradish – 1 teaspoon (with top).
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tsp.

Stuffed eggs (3 types) in 5 minutes – cooking recipe

Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolk. Divide the yolks into 3 equal parts.

Finely chop the ham, onion and tomatoes.

Add a spoonful of mayonnaise to each bowl with egg yolks.

Add horseradish to the first bowl, grind well, add ham, mix well again.

Add onion to the second bowl with egg yolks and mayonnaise, mix well.

Add tomatoes to the third bowl with egg yolks and mayonnaise, mix well.

Fill 6 protein halves with each mass, spread on lettuce leaves.
