Recipe for cooking stuffed eggs

Let’s start preparing the snack – stuffed eggs. To begin with, you need to hard-boil eggs, pour cold water over them and clean them. Cut each egg lengthwise or crosswise into two equal halves and remove the egg yolks. Place the proteins in a bowl and cover with cling film.

Mash the yolks with a fork into a homogeneous mass, adding mayonnaise. On the basis of this dressing, you can make different types of stuffed eggs, adding finely chopped vegetables, herring, seafood, meat products, etc.

We are preparing the first minced meat for stuffed eggs. It will be green. Peel the onion, finely chop it and fry it in hot oil for 4 minutes. Wash the beans, cut off the ends and boil until soft. Mix with onions and rub through a sieve. Add 2-3 tbsp. yolk mass, salt, pepper to taste and mix.

We are preparing the second minced meat for stuffed eggs. Minced meat will be pink. Chop the canned red pepper and olives very finely. Mix with 2-3 tablespoons of yolk mass.

The third minced meat for stuffed eggs will be yellow. Mix the lemon peel with half of the cream cheese, finely chopped dill greens and 2-3 tablespoons of yolk mass.

We are preparing the last minced meat for stuffed eggs. Finely chop the herring fillet, add the remaining cream cheese, chopped parsley and 2-3 tablespoons of yolk mass and mix thoroughly.

Forming our snack. Using a cooking bag, fill the protein halves with various types of minced meat. And on top, you can decorate the eggs with small pieces of fish, ham, vegetables and greens. Done!
