Stuffed mackerel

Mackerel is a very tasty and nutritious fish. Today we will cook mackerel stuffed with vegetables. A very tasty dish that will surely decorate any holiday table or family dinner.

Necessary products for cooking stuffed mackerel

  • Mackerel – 1 pcs.
  • Carrot, small – 1 pc.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Mustard – 10 g.
  • Black pepper – to taste.
  • Foil.
  • Oil – for frying

Preparation of stuffed mackerel

1. Wash the fish and make an incision on the spine.

2. Cut out the spine and remove all the entrails of the fish, wash the fish thoroughly.

3. Fry finely chopped onions in a frying pan with oil for 2 minutes.

4. Add carrots grated on a coarse grater to the onion and fry until ready. Salt and pepper the finished filling to taste.

.5. Transfer the fish to the foil. Pepper and salt to taste. We also rub the fish with mustard.

6. Put the stuffing in the fish.

7. Close the foil. Cook the fish in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

8. The stuffed mackerel is ready.
