Supervitamin salad is not worth all the money
Often we think that eating vitamins is very expensive and inaccessible. but it is not so super vitamin salad recipe “not for all the money” will assure you of this.
Supervitamin salad “not for all the money” – ingredients
- Celery root – 1 pc.
- Carrot – 2 pc.
- Walnuts – 50 g.
- Raisins – 50 g.
- Greens (parsley, dill, chives) – as desired.
- Lemon – 1/4 pc.
- Oil/mayonnaise.
- Salt pepper.

Raisins are washed and poured with a small amount of water so that they swell and soften.
In the meantime, wash and clean the vegetables. Tremo on a grater as for carrots in Korean.
We clean the nuts (if they are not yet ready for use) and cut or break them into small pieces.
Finely chop the greens, and drain the water from the raisins.
Make salad dressing: squeeze juice from a quarter of a lemon, mix with 4-5 tbsp. l. oil or mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients and mix well! Garnish with chopped greens or cherry tomatoes.
We taste and fill with vitamins “not for all the money”.
