Sweet nut cake

Sweet nut cake – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Flour – 400 g.
  • Oil – 300
  • Yeast – 10 g.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp.
    For the filling:
  • Yolks – 6 pcs.
  • Sugar – 300 g.
  • Ground walnuts – 250g.
  • Powder for decoration.

Sweet nut cake – recipe

We dilute the yeast in sour cream and knead the dough, adding butter and flour. Divide the dough into two parts. One will go to the bottom and sides of the form, the other will cover the top.

Next, we make the nut filling: beat the egg yolks with sugar to a fluffy white mass. Mix with grated nuts.

Then we spread one part of the dough on the bottom and sides, put the nut mass and cover with the other part of the dough.

Bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Cut it hot (because if you cut it cold, it will crumble and untidy pieces) and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
