We offer a recipe for cooking Tart with ham, asparagus and parmesan. The recipe uses a ready-made frozen puff pastry without yeast, but you can also prepare such a dough at home. Although it does not affect the taste of the dish. We get a tasty, aromatic dish that does not require much effort to prepare.

Ingredients for making a tart with ham, asparagus and parmesan:

  • puff pastry without yeast – 1 pc.
  • asparagus – 10 stalks.
  • ham – 100 g.
  • eggs – 1 pcs.
  • hard cheese – 50 g.
  • green parsley – 1 bunch.
  • fresh basil – 3 sprigs.
  • sea ​​salt – 1/2 tsp.

Preparation of a tart with ham, asparagus and parmesan:

We heat the oven to 190 ° C.

Defrost the dough and roll it out slightly. We make the sides: for this, retreat 2 cm from the edge of the dough, draw a square with a knife so as not to cut through the dough. Beat the egg and brush the edges (sides) of the dough (2 cm) with it.

Prepare a baking sheet: line it with parchment paper. The paper can be slightly greased. We spread the dough on a baking sheet. The center of the dough is often pricked with a fork. Put the dough in the oven for 10 minutes.

Prepare asparagus: clean asparagus and boil it for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the parsley.

We take it out tart out of the oven, put asparagus on it, then ham. Sprinkle the tart with parsley and chopped basil (leave a few leaves), and top with grated cheese and send to the oven for 5 minutes.
