Tartlets in the microwave

Tartlets in the microwave is a great hot snack for any occasion. And you can cook them not only with mushrooms, but, for example, with ham or chicken. The main thing is to prepare the filling. We advise you to make it even larger, it will come in handy later. In order to cook tartlets in the microwave you can prepare tartlets in advance yourself, or it is easier to buy ready-made ones, there is now a very wide selection of them – from waffle to shortbread.

A recipe for making tartlets in the microwave

  • mushrooms – 0,5 kg.
  • onion – 2 pieces.
  • oil – 100 ml.
  • cheese – 100 g.
  • spices – to taste.
  • tartlets – 10-15 pieces.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them not very finely, into medium-sized pieces.

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until golden. Mushrooms are also fried and mixed with onions. Let the mushrooms cool down.

By the way, fried mushrooms can be safely stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days. You can prepare the filling as a reserve.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater. You can mix mushrooms with cheese, or sprinkle grated cheese on already filled tartlets. Fill the tartlets with filling. Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.

Put in the microwave, cook at medium power for only 5 minutes. Sprinkle the finished tartlets with greens. Bon appetit!
