Tender hake fillet, which even non-fish lovers will eat – a recipe for cooking
So, in order to prepare a delicious and tender hake fillet, you need to get in a good mood and find the best pieces of frozen fish.
Next, defrost the fillet, cut it into medium pieces (one fillet can be cut into 2-3 pieces), salt and pepper. For a more fragrant taste, we used a freshly ground mixture of peppers.
Next, sift the flour: 2 tbsp. in one deep plate, and add another one to the eggs.
Beat the eggs until smooth, add a pinch of salt and sifted 1 tbsp. flour
We put the frying pan on the fire and heat the oil.
We first roll each piece of fish in flour, and then put it in an egg and when the oil is already heated, fry the hake fillet on it on each side until golden.
Take out the fried fish and put it on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
Then we serve the healthy and tasty fish with your favorite side dish or salad.
