Tender rolls made of zucchini and chicken fillet

Zucchini season is in full swing. We can say with confidence that there is no housewife who has not yet prepared a summer dish with zucchini. Zucchini can be fried, stewed, stewed, even made into jam. And today we offer you to cook for dinner tender rolls made of zucchini and chicken fillet.

Ingredients:

  • Young zucchini (or zucchini) – 2 pieces.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Chicken breast fillet – 1 piece.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g.
  • Ready paprika sauce (not spicy).
  • A few leaves of basil.
  • Salt, ground black pepper – to taste.
  • Olive oil.

A recipe for tender zucchini and chicken fillet rolls

Wash the zucchini and cut them into strips along the length of the zucchini. The strips should be about 0.5 cm thick.

A pan or baking dish should be covered with parchment paper. We spread the zucchini on the paper, drizzle them with olive oil, add a little salt and put them in the oven heated to 150-180 degrees for about 5-7 minutes. We do this so that the zucchini become soft and do not break when we roll them into rolls.

While the zucchini is cooking, prepare the chicken fillet. It should be cut into long strips, then salt and pepper, add garlic to taste. You can even beat the meat a little to make it even more tender. Let it marinate a little.

When the zucchini are ready, let them cool a little. Now we put chicken fillet, cheese, basil and a little of the prepared sauce on them.

Twist the rolls, pierce with skewers and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
