Remove the zest from the lemon and finely chop or grate it. Finely chop the parsley. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater, combine with parsley and zest. Pepper, salt, pour olive oil and mix everything.
Wash and dry the fish fillet, roll it well in the resulting mixture and put it on a dry, heated pan. Hold the fish on the fire for a few minutes, then send it under the heated grill for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the finished fish with lemon juice.
