Pre-soak the mushrooms for several hours in cold water. Wash well and put to boil. Cook on low heat for about an hour.

After the mushrooms are well cooked, add diced potatoes and a peeled parsley root. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrot on a carrot grater. Fry the carrots and onions in oil and add to the soup.

Salt, pepper, add a bay leaf and cook for another 7-10 minutes. Add chopped garlic (to taste) and chopped greens, remove from heat.

Mushrooms are pre-soaked, washed well. If necessary, cut the soaked mushrooms, cover with water and cook on low heat for 40 minutes.

Wash the rice well and add it to the mushrooms. Potatoes, carrots, kohlrabi, parsley are cleaned and cut into arbitrary pieces (whichever you like better) and added to the soup. Salt, pepper, cook until the vegetables are ready.

Finely chop the onion, saute until soft and add to the soup. When serving, such soup can be sprinkled with finely chopped greens.

We soak the mushrooms for several hours, wash them well, pour water (about 3 liters) and cook on low heat for 40-5 minutes.

Boil the beans separately.

Remove the mushrooms from the mushroom broth. We put potatoes and beans cut into small cubes into the broth, cook until the potatoes are ready, add the mushrooms again.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil, add it to the soup, add salt and pepper and let it boil for a few more minutes. Remove from the heat, cover with a lid and let the soup infuse.
