Boiled chicken breast – 150 g, tomatoes – 150 g, sweet pepper – 100 g, lettuce – 1 bunch, hard cheese – 50 g, eggs – 3 pieces, flour – 30-50 g, garlic – 2-3 cloves, olive oil – 40 ml, lemon juice – to taste, salt, sesame seeds, oil.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix with one egg, add flour so that the dough is not too stiff. Wet your hands in cold water so that the dough does not stick to your hands, and form small balls from it. Roll each ball in sesame seeds and fry in oil (as in a deep fryer) until golden. Place the finished balls on a napkin covered with a paper towel to allow excess fat to drain.

Tear thoroughly washed lettuce leaves onto a serving plate with your hands. We form a hill out of them. Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices and place on top of the salad.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place them on the edge of the plate. Boil 2 eggs, cut them, put them between the tomatoes. Cut sweet pepper into thin strips, place between pieces of chicken. Place cold cheese balls on top of the salad.

Mix lemon juice, oil (preferably olive) and garlic passed through a press. Beat everything until it becomes an emulsion. We pour the salad with chicken breast and cheese balls with dressing and immediately serve.

Salad without mayonnaise for the New Year – Bright lentil salad with chicken

Lentils – 120 g, chicken breast (smoked or boiled) – 480 g, pumpkin – 300 g, parsnip – 50 g, cherry tomatoes – 100 g, olive oil – 4 tablespoons, garlic – 1 clove, balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp., honey – 2 tbsp., paprika – 1 tbsp., parsley – 1 bunch, salt – 1 tsp.

Rinse pre-soaked lentils, pour clean water and boil until ready. Peel the pumpkin, cut into medium-sized cubes. Wash, clean and rub the parsnip root on a coarse grater. Cut the breast into thin slices.

Pour two tablespoons of olive oil into the pan, add crushed garlic, fry for 1 minute, add pumpkin and parsnips, fry until golden. Add slices of chicken breast and lentils. Warm everything up.

Mix wine vinegar, honey and olive oil. Season and serve with cherry halves and fresh herbs. When serving, sprinkle with hot paprika.

German potato salad with bacon

Potatoes – 4 pcs., red onion – 1 pc., bacon – 3 slices, pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs., white wine vinegar – 2 tbsp., brown sugar – 1 tsp., parsley – 3-4 sprigs , salt to taste, black pepper – to taste, smoked sausages – 2 pcs.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water (you can wash them with a brush so that the skin is perfectly clean). Pour water over the potatoes and cook in uniforms over medium heat until ready. Drain the water from the finished potatoes, cool them a little and cut them into slices lengthwise (into 4 or 6 parts).

Fry the bacon over medium heat, melt the fat. Place the fried bacon on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

Cut the onion into half rings, the sausage into rings, finely chop the parsley, and put it in the pan in which the bacon was fried. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped parsley, sugar and vinegar, simmer, stirring, for another 4 minutes.

When the vinegar evaporates, put the potatoes in the pan. Mix gently and remove from heat.

Transfer everything to a plate and wait 10 minutes for the potatoes to cool down. Salt and pepper the salad to taste, add cucumbers cut into thin rings, greens and chopped bacon.
