The easiest butter cookies – ingredients

  • For vanilla cookies:
  • Butter (from the refrigerator) – 60 g.
  • Flour – 70 g.
  • Powdered sugar – 1,5 tbsp.
  • A few drops of vanilla essence.
  • For chocolate chip cookies:
  • Oil – 60
  • Flour – 60 g.
  • Cocoa – 10 g.
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • A few drops of vanilla essence.

The easiest butter cookies recipe

Cut solid cold butter from the refrigerator into cubes, add sifted flour (to chocolate cookies, there is also cocoa), powdered sugar and a few drops of vanilla. Quickly knead the dough, roll out a ball.

Wrap the dough in cling film, put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

We take the dough out of the refrigerator, quickly form balls, a little smaller than a walnut.

We put the balls on a form covered with parchment. Press the balls on top with a fork. Put in the oven, bake for about 15 minutes. Leave to cool before serving.

Store the finished cookies in a closed jar.
