Thick raspberry jam

A simple recipe thick raspberry jam. The jam is thick with whole berries. It is prepared very quickly, we will spend 5+5 minutes on it. For convenience, you can schedule the first cooking stage for the evening, the second for the morning. And delicious, aromatic jam for the winter – already in jars!

Raspberries are sorted, put in portions in a pan, sprinkled with sugar (1 kg). We leave it for 2-3 hours so that the raspberries release their juice.

We put the pan with raspberries on the fire, bring it to a boil (do not forget to stir), turn off the fire, leave to cool (do not cover with a lid).

Put the raspberries on the stove again, bring to a boil, turn off the heat. Immediately pour the remaining sugar (1 kg).

Stir until the sugar is COMPLETELY dissolved. We pour the jam into sterilized jars, cover hermetically with lids.
