Tiramisu – a classic dessert that came to us from Italy. A combination of mascarpone cheese with Savoyardi cookies, coffee and cocoa. It is usually served with espresso coffee.

Preparation of tiramisu:
Boil 250 ml of water. Pour in the coffee, stir, bring to a boil and immediately remove from the heat. Filter through 2-3 layers of gauze, add 4 tbsp. liquor
Separate yolks from proteins. Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar into a white foam. Gently fold in the mascarpone. Beat the whites separately, add to the resulting mass and mix.
Soak the sponge cake in coffee with liqueur. The cookies should soak in the coffee until soft, but not turn into mush.
At the bottom of wide glasses, put a layer of coffee-soaked cookies, then a layer of mascarpone. And again – cookies and mascarpone. Sprinkle tiramisu with a small amount of cocoa powder through a fine sieve. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Tiramisu done!
