Let’s start cooking tomato dressing. To begin, wash the tomatoes and remove the stems. Tomatoes should be ground through a meat grinder or beat with a blender.

Transfer the tomato puree to a saucepan, bring to a boil, remove the foam, add salt and sugar. Tomato dressing cook over low heat for 20 minutes (the thickness of the puree depends on the cooking time).

Spread the hot dressing on sterilized jars and immediately close the lids.

Turn the cans over, wrap well and leave until completely cool.

Keep it tomato dressing in a cool, dark place. Done!
