Tomatoes with minced meat and greens are the ingredients

- Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
- Minced meat – 400 g.
- Egg – 1 pcs.
- Green onion – 1 bunch.
- Parsley – 1 bunch.
- Basil – 1 bunch.
- Sour cream 30% – 2 tbsp. l.
- Breadcrumbs – 1 tbsp. l.
- Mustard – 1 tbsp. l.
- Oil, salt, pepper.
Tomatoes with minced meat and greens – recipe
Wash the tomatoes, cut off the bottom and scoop out the middle with a spoon. Cut the cut part and the pulp into cubes.
Clean and cut the onion into thin rings. We heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Pour oil into a heated pan and fry the minced meat until it is covered with a crispy crust. Add onions and half of chopped tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Wash basil and parsley greens, chop. Add greens, mustard, breadcrumbs and egg to the minced meat. Mix well, salt and pepper to taste.
We fill the tomatoes with minced meat and put them on the form.
Mix the remaining part of the chopped tomatoes with sour cream, salt, pepper and pour over the stuffed tomatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
The dish can be served as a hot snack or as a side dish.
