  • Flour – ¾ cup.
  • Water – 80 ml.
  • Oil – 45 ml.
  • Cocoa – 4 tablespoon

  • Cream (from 30%) – 250 ml.
  • Mascarpone (or other cream cheese) – 250 g.
  • Powdered sugar – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Additionally:
  • Berries (fruit) – 300 g (raspberries, blueberries, currants, peaches. ).

Separate the proteins from the yolks.

Beat the yolks with 3 tbsp. l. sugar to a light fluffy mass. Add flour, water and oil, mix well (so that there are no lumps).

Beat the egg whites with the rest of the sugar, carefully mix them into the dough with a spatula.

Grease a large form (which ovens are equipped with) with a thin layer of oil, cover with parchment. We translate 6 tbsp. dough in a cooking bag, and make patterns on the form.

Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 4 minutes. Take out, leave to cool.

Meanwhile, add cocoa to the rest of the dough, mix. We lay out on the baked white strips, carefully level them.

We bake the cake for 13-15 minutes, until a “dry match”. Turn the dough over to the other side and remove the parchment.

Immediately lay out the cake on a clean piece of parchment (with the pattern facing down), roll it up along the long side together with the parchment, leave to cool completely.


Whip the cream until thick, add mascarpone and powdered sugar, mix thoroughly.

Wash the berries thoroughly.

Unroll the cake, smear it with cream (leave the edges free), lay out the berries. Roll up the roll. We wrap the finished roll in parchment, put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a 20×30 cm baking dish with parchment.

Put chocolate broken into pieces, butter and sugar into a saucepan. The perfect result for Raspberry Brownies will be achieved if you use brown sugar. But if it is not available, use ordinary sugar in the same amount.

Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat. Periodically stir the mixture. Remove from heat when chocolate and butter turn into a homogeneous liquid mass.

When the chocolate mixture hardens a little, beat the eggs into it one by one and mix well after each one.

Next, mix flour and cocoa powder into the chocolate. Add 2/3 of raspberries. After that, we mix very carefully so that the berries simply “drown”, but did not fall apart.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Spread the rest of the raspberries on top. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. The raspberry brownie should start to crack around the edges.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the baking dish. After the raspberry brownie cools down, cut it into pieces of the right size. Bon appetit!

  • Eggs – 5 pieces.
  • Sugar – ¾ cup.
  • Oil – 150 ml.
  • Fresh spinach – 120 g.
  • Flour – 260 g.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Additionally:
  • Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lime.
  • Fresh strawberries – 300 g (for decoration).
  • For strawberry mass:
  • Strawberries – 650 g (fresh or frozen).
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
  • Strawberry jelly – 1 package.
  • Cream (from 30%) – 450 ml.

All ingredients for cooking should be at room temperature.

Blend spinach with oil in a blender until a homogeneous paste is formed.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat until stiff foam, add sugar one spoon at a time, beat well each time. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer. Add the spinach paste, beat until the ingredients are combined.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift to egg mass. Gently mix with a spoon.

We cover the baking form with parchment (25×35), spread the dough, level it. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until a “dry match”. Take out, cool. Cut a 2,5 cm thick cake from the resulting cake, put it back in the form, soak it with lime juice. We leave the rest of the cake for decoration, we eat the rest with tea

Strawberry mass

Cut the strawberries, put them in a pan, add sugar and lemon juice, bring to a boil, boil until the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from the heat, beat with a blender until pureed.

Add jelly (powder) to the hot puree, mix well, leave until slightly runny (it is no longer water, but it still drips from the spoon).

Beat the well-cooled cream to a thick lush mass, carefully knead, spread on the cake, level it. We put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

Before serving, decorate the cake with strawberries and cake crumbs.
