Traditional uzvar – preparation
Wash all dried fruits well and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook on the lowest heat for about an hour. Remove the concoction from the heat, cool to warm, add honey. We leave the decoction for 3-4 hours to infuse well.

Pour water into the pan. Bring to a boil, add sugar and well-washed dried apples. Reduce the heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add dried apricots and prunes, boil for another 10 minutes. Add raisins, cook for 10 minutes.
Leave the mixture to cool and infuse for 2-3 hours.

Crush the rose hips well with a rolling pin, pour into a thermos, pour boiling water (1 liter) and leave for a day.
When the rosehip infusion is ready, let’s start with dried fruits. Wash all the dried fruits well and put them in a saucepan, pour water (4 liters), cover with a lid and put on a low heat. Bring to a boil, and cook on the lowest heat for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the concoction from the heat and immediately add sugar. If you add honey, let the concoction cool down a little.
Let the decoction infuse for 2-3 hours, strain and mix with strained rosehip infusion. Add lemon juice to taste. If the drink turned out to be very saturated, you can dilute it a little with boiled water.

Pour sugar with water, put on fire, bring to a boil. Add dried pears, after 5 minutes – apples, after another 5 minutes, dried cherries and prunes, and after another 5 minutes, raisins. Boil the concoction on the lowest heat.
When all the dried fruits become soft, add cloves and cinnamon, let it boil a little, squeeze the juice from half a lemon and put the lemon itself in the mixture. Remove the concoction from the heat and let it infuse for 5-6 hours.

Dry berries and fruits are washed well. We put them in a separate container and pour water so that the water barely covers them. We leave them for 2-3 hours.
Pour water into the pot and bring it to a boil, pour the soaked berries and dried fruits into it together with the water in which they were soaked. Bring the broth to a boil, reduce the heat and cover the pot with a lid, leaving a gap between the pot and the lid. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, wrap well and leave for 5-6 hours. Before consumption, add honey or sugar to taste.
