Let’s start cooking herbal porridge. Thoroughly wash and sort all greens, especially wild plants. Pour the loboda, beet leaves and nettle with boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then drain the water and thinly slice. Finely chop all other greens.

Take a pot for cooking herbal porridge. Pour kefir or whey into it. If you want, mix two products in a ratio of 1:1 – for example, kefir + whey, but you need to mix them cold. Be sure to add salt to taste. On medium heat, bring the liquid to a boil and put the prepared greens into the boiling mass, and bring to a boil again, then remove from the heat herbal porridge.
