  • Hard cheese – 300 g.
  • Lavash – 1 package.
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.

  • Salt – to taste.
  • Raw eggs – 1 pc.
  • Green onion – 1-2 stalks.
  • Sour cream – 1,5 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise – 1,5 tbsp. l.
  • Milk – 80 ml.

Cooking pita tubes with cheese and eggs

1. Prepare the filling. Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Add grated hard cheese to the eggs.

2. We also add finely chopped onion, mayonnaise and sour cream.

3. Mix the filling well. Cut the pita into strips and put the filling.

4. Wrap the strips with the filling into tubes.

5. Beat a raw egg and milk in a separate container. Salt the batter to taste.

6. Dip each tube in batter.

7. In a frying pan with the addition of oil, fry the tubes until golden brown.
