Tubes with cream

Easy to prepare and very tasty tubes with cream. The recipe is really very simple, contains very simple ingredients. and the tubes are very tender, just melt in your mouth.

Tubes with cream – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Flour – 400 g.
  • Butter (margarine) – 200 g.
  • Cold water – 4 tbsp.
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • For the cream:
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Sugar – 3-4 tbsp.
  • Milk – 1 glass.
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g.
  • Oil – 200

Tubes with cream – recipe


We sift the flour, add cubed solid (from the refrigerator) butter, cut with a knife to form fine butter crumbs. Add salt, cold water and vinegar to the crumbs, knead the dough. We wrap the dough in cling film, send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll out thinly (like dumplings), cut into strips about 2 cm wide. Roll the dough into tube shapes, starting from the narrower part.

Dip half of the tube (on the form) in egg white and sugar, put it on the form.

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Remove the tubes from the molds while they are still hot.

Fill the cooled tubes with cream.

If desired, the tip of the tube can be dipped in icing and in coconut.


Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Bring the milk to a boil, pour in the egg mass, stirring constantly. Stirring, we brew until it becomes slightly empty. Leave to cool.

Beat the butter until smooth, add egg pudding 2-3 spoons at a time, mix with a wooden spatula. The cream is very gentle.

Fill the tubes with a pastry bag.
