Turkey and grape salad

Turkey and grape salad – tasty, original, festive, New Year’s. For this salad, we use boiled turkey fillet.

Turkey and grape salad also has a light dressing based on natural yogurt. You can use store-bought yogurt or prepare it yourself. Prepare this salad for the New Year’s table. Everyone will be satisfied.

Ingredients for making turkey and grape salad:


  • turkey fillet (boiled) – 350 g.
  • red grapes – 300 g.
  • almonds – 1/2 cup
  • stalks of celery – 3 pcs.
  • red onion – 1 pcs.

For the filling:

  • natural yogurt – 80 g.
  • apple vinegar – 1 tbsp.
  • honey – 2 tbsp.
  • mustard – 1 tsp.
  • onion – 1/4 pc.
  • salt, ground black pepper – to taste.

Preparation of turkey and grape salad

Step-by-step instructions

  • Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the almonds and fry, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Pour onto the work surface and cut.
  • Cut the grapes in half, remove the seeds.
  • Cut the celery into thin slices. Cut the fillet into medium cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
  • For the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a small container and beat with a whisk.
  • Mix turkey, celery, onion, grapes and half an almond. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle almonds on top.
