The dish is fragrant and juicy thanks to the oranges. A good addition is the sauce. It gives the dish piquancy, an incomparable aroma and taste.

Turkey fillet can be prepared both for a family dinner and for a festive table. We serve baked vegetables or potato dishes as a side dish. You can decorate the dish with any berries.

Wash the turkey fillet well, cover with cling film and beat. Rub with salt and pepper. Wash the orange, cut it into circles 1 cm thick. Peel it and remove the pits. Place the sliced ‚Äč‚Äčorange in the center of each lump (1 piece each). We wrap it with an “envelope”.

If the orange remains, cut it into cubes. We put it in a container, add sugar, water and wine. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Heat the oil in a pan. Put the breasts “seam” down, fry for 4 minutes. Turn over and fry for another 4 minutes. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. until ready.

We serve the finished product to the table turkey fillet stuffed with oranges, pouring sauce over, or you can serve the sauce separately in a sauce pan.
