Universal salad dressing – vinaigrette

Universal vinaigrette salad dressing – saves time in the kitchen not only as a salad dressing, it is perfect as a sauce when baking vegetables such as asparagus, cauliflower or broccoli. Even potatoes sprinkled with this dressing for baking in the oven will be very tasty. Chicken or fish – everything acquires a refined appearance and taste.

Therefore, such a dressing should always be in the refrigerator, so it is worth preparing a lot of it at once (reduce the number of ingredients if you do not need so much). In a closed glass container, vinaigrette salad dressing can be stored for several weeks without losing its taste. You just need to shake it periodically, because the emulsion breaks down over time.

A recipe for vinaigrette salad dressing

  • lemon juice – 100 ml.
  • oil (any to your taste) – 400 ml.
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp.
  • garlic – 1 clove.
  • salt – 2 tsp.
  • pepper – 1 tsp.
  • honey – 0,5 tsp
  • soy sauce – 3 tsp.

The main ingredients of salad dressing are oil, lemon juice and mustard. The rest is up to you to create.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix. The filling is ready!

Don’t have a blender? Garlic through a press, all in a jar with a lid, and shake well.
