Unsweetened muffins with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes very similar to the taste of pizza, you can also experiment with them, adding new ingredients each time. These cupcakes are very easy and quick to prepare, so you can easily prepare them for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Unsweetened muffins with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes – ingredients

  • Cheese (hard) – 180 g.
  • Flour – 1 cup.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Milk – ¾ cup.
  • Oil – ¼ cup.
  • Salt – 1 tsp. (without cream).
  • Sweet paprika – ½ tsp. + ¼ tsp (for sprinkling cupcakes).
  • Hot paprika – ½ tsp.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 40 g (without oil).

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the tomatoes.

Mix flour with baking powder, paprika and salt, mix well.

Beat the eggs with oil and milk, add the grated cheese (leave some cheese to sprinkle the cupcakes on top) and pieces of tomatoes, mix. Add dry ingredients, mix well.

Fill muffin tins with dough to ¾ of the height, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, and sprinkle with paprika.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and put the cupcakes. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

We serve the cupcakes hot (if they are cold, no problem – reheat in the microwave).
