Veal medallions

Veal is very tender, juicy and healthy meat, which can be used in the preparation of many different dishes. Today we offer you to prepare fragrant veal medallions.

Necessary products for cooking veal medallions

  • Veal, flesh – 400 g.
  • Oil – 30
  • Rosemary – 1 sprig.
  • , , , , , , ,
  • Thyme – 1 sprig.
  • Foil – the amount depends on the size of the medallions.
  • Salt, black pepper – to taste.
  • Oil – 10 ml.

Preparation of veal medallions

1. Wash the meat thoroughly under running water and cut into small pieces.

2. Salt and pepper the pieces of veal to taste on all sides.

3. We make strips from the foil and wrap the medallions. Twist the ends of the foil as shown in the photo.

4. Pour oil into the grill pan. Place veal medallions and sprigs of rosemary and thyme.

5. Cook the medallions on both sides for 2 minutes.

6. After 4 minutes, add oil and fry for another 2 minutes.

7. Veal medallions are ready.
