Waffle translation

Waffle translation – ingredients
- For white mass:
- Milk – ¼ cup.
- Sugar – 4 tbsp.
- Oil – 175
- Dry milk – 1 cup.
- For dark mass:
- Oil – 100
- Nutella (or any other chocolate paste) – 160 g.
- Cocoa – 1 tablespoon
- Hazelnuts – 100 g.
- Additionally:
- Square waffles (cakes) – 3 pieces.
- Chocolate – 100 g.

White mass
Bring milk to a boil, add sugar, mix, remove from heat, leave to cool.
Beat the butter to a fluffy light mass, add a few spoonfuls of chilled milk, beat until smooth. Add milk powder in several batches, beat until smooth.
Dark mass
Fry the hazelnuts in a dry pan, remove the skin, chop finely.
Beat the butter to a light, fluffy mass, add Nutella and cocoa, beat until smooth, add nuts, mix well.
We grease one cake with a dark mass, cover with a second cake, lightly press it, grease it with a white mass, cover with a third cake, lightly press it, put a weight (a large cookbook is good :)), send it to a cold place for 3-4 hours.
Melt the chocolate, pour over the waffles, leave to cool, cut into pieces, and serve.
