  • Flour – ½ cup.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • For cream cheese:
  • Cheese (thrice ground) – 1 kg.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Boiled condensed milk – 400 g.
  • Oil – 200
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Potato starch – 3 tbsp.
  • Additionally:
  • Cocoa.

Beat all the whites (from 10 eggs) together with salt to a stable foam. Add sugar one spoon at a time, beat well each time at the highest speed of the mixer. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Mix nuts, flour and baking powder, pour portions into the egg mass. Carefully knead with a spatula.

Cover the bottom of the mold (25×35) with parchment, spread the dough, level it. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Leave to cool, cut into 2 thin cakes.

Cream

Beat the eggs well with starch, add a few spoons of cheese (so that the mixture is not thick).

We put butter, condensed milk and sugar in a saucepan, put it on the fire, stirring constantly until smooth. Add cheese, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add the egg mixture, stirring and bring to a boil.

Spread half of the hot cheese cream on the nut cake, cover with the second cake, spread the second half of the cream, level it, make patterns. Leave to cool.
