  • Butter – 1 tsp.
  • Apricot jam – 4 tbsp.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Grind almonds and hazelnuts in a blender.

Beat 200 g of previously softened butter with powdered sugar. While continuing to beat, introduce eggs one at a time, add nuts, sifted flour.

Cut the plums lengthwise into four parts. Grease a 28 cm diameter springform pan with butter and put the dough in it. Starting from the center, insert slices of plums into the dough, half immersing them in the dough (try to place as many plums as possible).

Bake for the first 15 minutes at a temperature of 190 ° C, then reduce to 150 ° C and bake for another 30-40 minutes. Heat the jam in a small saucepan so that it becomes liquid, and rub it through a sieve. Brush the cake with jam to get a shiny glaze.
