White carp fish baked in the oven

The meat of white carp contains a significant amount of easily digestible protein. Dishes from this low-calorie fish will suit everyone and there are almost no contraindications for its consumption (unless you have an allergy to fish or seafood). Therefore, Smakota prepared a simple and quick one recipe for white carp baked in the oven, to preserve the maximum benefit and taste.

White carp fish baked in the oven – ingredients

  • White carp fish – 1 pc. (up to 2 kg).
  • Garlic – 5 cloves.
  • Lemon – 1/2 pc.
  • Salt pepper.
  • Foil.

Clean the fish from the scales and entrails, wash it well from the outside and inside.

Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Rub the fish. You can make several cuts on the fish so that the marinade penetrates better.

Drizzle lemon juice on both sides of the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. You can rub a little salt and lemon juice on the fish.

Leave to marinate for some time (from 15 min.).

Next, wrap the fish in foil and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180° for 45-60 minutes.

Serve the finished fish with warm slices of lemon.
