Necessary products for cooking turkey fillet stewed with zucchini and tomato

  • Turkey fillet – 400 g.
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Thyme – 2 sprigs.
  • Rosemary – 2 sprigs.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste – 30 ml.
  • Dill, parsley – 2 sprigs each.

Cooking turkey fillet stewed with zucchini and tomato

1. Thoroughly wash the turkey fillet, cut off the veins. Cut the meat into small pieces and put it in a saucepan. Salt to taste.

2. Cut the zucchini and tomato into small cubes and put them in the saucepan as well.

3. Pour water into the saucepan so that it almost covers the products. Add tomato paste and put sprigs of thyme and rosemary.

4. Put the saucepan on the stove and cook for 1 hour on medium heat. If desired, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped greens.
