Yushka from red fish

Fish soup is a great option for the first dish, the preparation of which will not take much time, and its benefits and taste will undoubtedly please you. This soup is well suited for children who are just starting to eat “adult” food. Red fish stew – ingredients

  • 3 liters per pot.
  • Red fish (trout) – 400 g.
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Carrot – 3 pc.
  • Celery root – 50 g.
  • Onion – 1/2 pc.
  • Black, aromatic pepper peas – 5 pcs.
  • Bay leaf – 2 pcs.

Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut into large pieces. Throw in water and bring to a boil. Add pepper and bay leaf, salt. As the foam is released, you can remove it a little.

Next, add onions and a couple of circles of celery root.

Cut the battered fish into large pieces of 3-4 cm and add to the pan. Boil on low heat for 15 minutes. (And if you had frozen fish and it is still with ice, then 25 minutes).

So that the soup is transparent and the potatoes do not boil, cook on the lowest heat.

Pour the fragrant soup into serving plates and taste it with red fish.
